Back to back Orc beatings by TV2s gobos! "We did it again; take the victory from those big green skins. And very nice as we lost to these Runnaz last time. It was most special for me this time. First I managed to score with no trouble in the first half, even taking time to celebrate the fans cheers before scoring late in the half.
Then bomber Robert Oppenheimer the 2nd took down the thrower with the ball preventing the quick TD the Orcs had time for before 2nd half.
Then I, yes me, took down the Runnaz best player Just a Little Bit of U with the ball. This messed all their plans up, and although I failed to keep the ball, even though I picked it up twice, the orcs were troubled.
In the end Johannes Kepler Jr. took down a very unlucky Orc thrower Gone Too Soon and I ran of with the ball. Once again I was bathed in the cheers of the fans, but must admit I took a little too much pride in that, and… well I failed to score, but hey we won anyway…
Oh and a funny story, Niels Bohr Jr. BH the opposing troll This Is It twice before he understood not to come back in! Nuff said"
That was the words from spokes goblin Tycho Brahe Jr., who was definitely a key player in today's victory, although he is getting a tad happy about himself now… |

The big green-skins beaten by the small! "What a success. After last match we felt robbed of the victory, but this time it was instead handed to us on a silver plate. Incredibly we retained the lead after first half, but with only 6 players vs. a full Orc team and 2nd half ahead, we did not expect to keep the orcs from scoring twice. But instead they not only scored once, we scored right back to win 2-1. And more importantly they only made one casualty on our team on Leonardo da Vinci the 3rd.
Of course Albert Einstein Jr. managed to make one on me as he almost ate me when he was supposed to throw me instead. When I scrambled free it was hard to land next to two orcs and I became hurt. Also a smart bomb interception by Niels Bohr Jr. was less smart when he then failed to throw it away, and the explosion also injured Sir Isaac Newton Jr.. But in all cases it was only minor injuries, so next match with Arthur C. Clarke Jr. back we will field 16 players again.
The star of the day was of course Tycho Brahe Jr. who scored both TDs, but still people loved that I had managed to avoid getting eaten, and I was thus elected MVP, and I'm very proud of that. Nuff said!"
That was the words from team spokes goblin Ole Rømer the 2nd from the hospital where his fans had left lots of ugly things for him… Obviously he was not seriously harmed… ;-) |

Nothing worked against Warped Cowboys! “Nothing seemed to work today. At least never long enough to be useful. Of course I did manage to score a TD, but only after two failed dodge had allowed to blitz on me, one taking me down, and then only because the renegade gobo scum Thac0 after flying effortlessly towards the ball failed the go for it. Apart from that TD, we almost failed every thing. If finally something seemed to work, the last dodge to close a cage, or pick-up the ball failed. Both trolls had a chance to try again when at first stupid, and then failed anyway! And with two perfect gobo throws by both me and just as agile Tycho Brahe Jr. we could not land on our feet. In both cases a perfect landing would probably have resulted in us blitzing out the ball carrier. The result of that would be either winning the match or at least tying.
But nothing of that worked. Only fun thin was when Thomas Edison the 2nd fouled Short-Ears separating his body (and ears) form his head. Of course the apotech could do nothing. Especially as the ref throw the fouler to the dungeons along with the elf’s head :D
Also we only have Arthur C. Clarke Jr. who will miss next match, and no real permanent damage. And our least agile gobo Sir Isaac Newton Jr. learned his first skill, but a good one - Wrestle. Well, Nuff said” That was the words from team spokes gobo and TD scorer of the day Richard Feynman Jr. |

Great Weapon Play Poor Troll Performance “This was a match we should and would have won, if our trolls had not made such fools of themselves. First Niels Bohr Jr. gets KOed before our first turn and stays out the entire half. And Albert Einstein Jr. fumbles a gobo, is stupid, twice has really bad blocks, once towards the end cost us the victory, especially as he failed to get up and blitz the turn after. Stupid trolls!
Nay, our two best weapons did much better. Holger Bech Nielsen Jr. managed to saw both a KO and an injury before getting BH himself at the end of first half. And Stephen Hawking Jr. stayed on the pitch for most of the match, with a well placed bribe, and towards the end managed his first casualty, and now he will hit even harder!
Had it not been for Albert Einstein Jr.'s failed block towards the end, I would have run the ball to an almost secure TD by Richard Feynman Jr.. But now we had to settle for 1-1.
Although anoying we did not win, we are pleased to see that after 12 matches, we have only lost 1/3, hae tied 1/3 and managed to win no less than 1/3 of our matches (4 - 4 - 4). :D
By the way our last weapon, Robert Oppenheimer Jr., once again blew him self up on the pitch. And since that is all he has been doing this season, apart from in the match he missed after his skull was cracked, we have decided to let him go. Instead his son Robert Oppenheimer the 2nd will take his place from the next match. We have high hopes that he will not thus disappoint his famous forefather.
Also we bring back a replacement for Leonardo da Vinci the 2nd who died three matches ago - his son Leonardo da Vinci the 3rd will take his place.
This gives us 16 players ready for our next match, against a so far undisclosed opponent. But they will better fear this team, cause now we will teach our trolls a lesson in how to behave on the BB pitch! Nuff said.”
Those where the words from spokes goblin Tycho Brahe Jr. after the disappointing tie against FFFAATK. Only the top goblin on the team would dare talk like this about the trolls. Hope he knows what he is doing. Of course they cannot read, but if they hear the radio… |

Turning a crap 1st half into gold in 2nd "The entire first half nothing seemed to work for us, except me SI that frog with the ball. But having narrowly avoided a 2nd TD at the end of the half, everything seemed to go our way. Especially when Tycho Brahe Jr. managed to follow up on his TD for 1-1 with a short pass to Ole Rømer the 2nd who then scored the winning TD. He got sure hands now, Tycho Brahe Jr. side steps and I'm now as agile as him. So far I'm the most violent player on TV2 this season. But don't tell the trolls, I do not wish to test this with them… :) Nuff Said"
That was the words from spokes gobo Richard Feynman Jr. after the great victory over the frogs earlier today. The victory leaves them in 2nd place in group B |

TV2 wins by a flying TD and take outs! "We had a horrible first half, with two killed (bomber saved partly) and two other BH. And even though the chainsaw took down the ball carrier and Tycho Brahe Jr. almost looked like scoring then we was behind 0-1 at the end of first half with only 11 players ready and one KO. And one turn and one weapon to field for just that turn.
We really did not think we could get back. But then I really made my forefathers proud! A touch back gave me the ball at the LoS and then strong Niels Bohr Jr. hurled me down pitch while the fans cheered and gave me the courage to land on me feet and thus secure a tie on a flying TD for 1-1. And that in me very first match for TV2.
Next half the trolls and Richard Feynman Jr. (the killer) cleared three Chaos players of the pitch to begin with, and in the end Arthur C. Clarke Jr. scored the winning TD for 2-1. He has become even more sure on his feet from this.
Sadly we did not only loose Enrico Fermi the 2nd, but also my fellow rookie player Leonardo da Vinci the 2nd was killed when he celebrated while standing on the LoS in the last second of the match. They will be missed. Nuff said!"
These where the words from the teams spokes gobo, Alfred Nobel the 2nd, who became the first gobo on the team to complete a flying TD! |

Losing match but winning skill for troll "I did no have a good day on the pitch today. For a looong time I did not break any of dem others. And den I was so hungry I almost ate Ole Rømer the 2nd. God ding he managed to get away, must have lost my mind trying sumthin like dad. And good da apo could fix him after he fell... But den at de end I managed to smak down da zombie and kill him again. Me now da first star wit two skills. Noone can stop me now with da juggernaut skill.
Oh, I should also tell dad we lost da match, but strong Ripper managed to catch da ball. Dink of dat, a Troll wid a ball. He did though give it to Arthur C. Clarke Jr. so he could score, and we not loose zo big. Nuf said!"
That was the word from TV2's experienced spokes troll Niels Bohr Jr. after the first match of season 24. |

We did not make the play-off.Damed frogs "As expected before the season we would not move on to the play-offs. However, after the fantastic start with 6 points in 4 games, and also a tie against the frogs we needed to beat today, where they had only 3 players against 10 when the match finished, we had hoped for better.
But today the trolls was stupid, even when pro, the bombs was fumbled, intercepted or scattered so it failed hitting three frogs, but took down one gobo… The chainsaw could not make more than a single KO in 10 turns on pitch. And gobos were injured all over the place, twice from simple dodges failing.
So the defeat was inevitable, and we are out of the play-off. But we will be back next season!"
Those were the words from spokes gobo Tycho Brahe Jr.. It wasn't his day, but it felt like it… He was though with a completion the only one to make spp during the game. |

We don't like orcs and their AV 9! "It is just not easy to break, especially with Holger Bech Nielsen Jr. missing. But he will be back next time.
It is also hard when my perfect bomb fails to take anyone but the orcs pet gobo down. Not that we don't hate him. But even though we got him down several times, we never made a dent in the little traitor's armour.
A nice TD by Tycho Brahe Jr. early on, could have stopped the bleeding after the orcs came out blitzing, but although we tried pretty hard and good we just could not stop them from scoring a the end of each half, thus we recorded our only 2nd defeat.
Now we will need to take point in the placement match to get into the play-off.
But hey! Two losses and a tie in three matches, was better than we hoped for to begin with, and the two wins and two ties to start with…
And then I received the MVP for my nice bombs. I think I will improve my game before next match after that. But I haven't decided in what direction my practice should go. Not anything with passing though. That is too hard. But I have a couple of weeks to learn so it will be good.
Nuff said!"
That was the words from spokes bombardier Robert Oppenheimer Jr. who learned his first skill from the MVP he received. Sadly Galileo Galilei Jr. obtained a niggling injury, but apart from that the other 15 players are ready for the important placement match, to get into the play-off. |

Tying against teams Fraggle Rock! suck! "I god da MVP for hitting dat frog on da head. Now I'm weally good ad guarding da LoS! Also dem small gobos made one nice tuchy down thingy, throwing ball very long. Longer than I throw gobos. (Even when not tooo hungry - wright now I could eat dat Jesus rat, if I could jus catch him!). Also da bomber had a long bomb explodin a frog. Dat was fun! Think it stopped them from making more TD things?
Anyways we won da match 4 cas aginst 3. Nuff said!"
That was the word from team spoke troll Albert Einstein Jr. who learned guard, if you could not understand his comments… |

And then we lost. But we won in CAS! "It had to occur some day. Not loosing the first four matches was just too good to be true even thous we are such geniousous! But we did kick those cheating hobgobos. None where left when the match ended, and then Niels Bohr Jr. also had to teach a dumb dwarf his 2nd lesson of da day! Sadly Ole Rømer Jr. died today, but his son Ole Rømer the 2nd has stepped up to follow in his shoes. He literally now has his fathers shoes… And with Arthur C. Clarke Jr. joining the team we have a full roster. Although only 15 will be ready next match as Thomas Edison Jr. needed the apotech to just stay alive… However the hobgobo who did it, did no look to good either!
But we kicked back well enough and also made our first kill when Holger Bech Nielsen Jr. fouled a hobgobo to death with his saw! And both trolls made casualties!
Actually I almost cheated the Hooligans in the first half with two brilliant moves, but they got me in the end, even getting me BH. But next time, we will take them! Nuff said"

Getting used to this winning business! "We where not even surprised by the victory today. After I was BH in the first blitz by Prion the team was getting nervous. But then I just regenerated and Holger Bech Nielsen Jr. then sawed da mino out of the match almost till the end.
I was so angry not getting to hit him back that I took it out on a beastman. They say I'm a real Pro BB player now… Dunno about that. But they gave the MVP thingy to the looney, and that is annoying when he removed my chance of vengeance!
Also some of the small gobos learned something. One of dem even talks about block? I dunno about that, cannot say I like that skill. But what! We are leading da low bracket now! Nuff said!"
That was the longest sentence ever by spokes troll Niels Bohr Jr.! But he also had to use his new professionalism a lot to get through it without too many mistakes. |

We won a match! How was that possible? "All the gobos are stunned about this development. And even the trolls have started to make casualties! Now we are leading our group, and have managed to hire the last of our "not so" secret weapons, the fanatic Stephen Hawking Jr.. This completes the crazy threesome where Holger Bech Nielsen Jr. sawed his way to yet a casualty and Robert Oppenheimer Jr. KOed a troll with his bombs!. 'Nuf said" was the only word from TV2's spokes goblin Tycho Brahe Jr. who scored both TDs and became the most agile gobo on the team from that! |

We still haven't lost even against Orcs! "That was also very unexpected, especially since we could not dodge this match. But Albert Einstein Jr. then just threw a gobo out a TZ so he could help in a blitz to let me score. Nuff saif", said the spokes gobo Thomas Edison Jr. who scored the TD and learned catch.
The team mourns the death of Enrico Fermi Jr. but looks forward to having his son Fermi the 2nd on the team soon! |

TV2 is ready to take over after DR! The terrible off spring of the wise guys from the past are ready to take on Aros in season XXIII. They hope to do much better than the famous champs from DR.
That they are not too wise (or vise? ;)) can be seen from the hopeless logo (see the teams description), but BB is not a spelling bee contest, so maybe in time their efforts will make them a great team. But there is not much hope though.
But we will give it an inspired try out… |
