Silverado Snakeskins won the toss and received the ball. Olvig Vikings elected not to field their hired chainsaw in the initial drive, which was over in 3 turns with a standard semicage formation.
Then the vikings received the ball, and fielded their chainsaw. But on the kick-off the lizards blitzed, and secured the ball in a 4-man cage. The chainsaw was knocked over and placed in the casualty box. The vikings couldn't get at the ball, and it became 2-0 in turn 5.
The vikings received once more, and tried to protect the ball holder, but unfortunately for the vikings, one of the people protecting the ball, couldn't pass up the chance to get a quick foul in, and was sent off. This cleared the way to the ball holder, and the lizards got it far down the sideline with a solitary skink. He was chased up and knocked over, but Egil Uldsson couldn't brake armour, so despite being next to the sideline, in three TZ's and in a horisontal position Lord of the Damned, just got up, and dodged into the endzone where the ball lay, picked it up and 3-0 in turn 8.
The second half became a cas-fest. Despite the lizards scoring a frankly lucky TD in turn 3, the vikings spent the remaining 5 clearing the field of anything lizard. As the game ran out there was a grand total of 0 lizards on the field and in the reserves box. every single cold-blooded creature was in the cas or KO box.
