13k Fanatics for the addicts versus 14k Dodgers fans are awaiting the start of the match. Double dodgers wins the coin toss and decides to receive. The addicts kick the ball towards the dodgers endzone, aaand.. its out, the dodgers gets a touchback while the addicts fans cheer for the kick.. oddly enough.
The Ogre Carl Mar starts off by knocking himself down while trying to block Wumph Headball. After some blocking by the two trolls, Mogg Shortfuse throws the bomb towards a downed Dodger player, and knocks another down, but no injuries.
Dodgers makes a hole in the defence, throws the ball, and sends two catchers, a blitzer and a lineman downfield. Then Hans von Kluck is ekspelled for fouling.
This gives Mogg Shortfuse a chance to throw the bomb after the cage.. his target just happens to be two squares from the Dodgers cage, so when he is supposed to make an incomplete pass, he fails by doing it perfectly. The bomb eksplode out of range of doing damage... Wumph Headball is told to throw a goblin.. but dosen´t seem to understand what the little fellow tries to tell him, Grok Wipeknocker then tries to dodge into the cage, but falls down.
The dodgers have a chance to score, but the players decides to block the Addicts first.. once more Carl Mar knocks himself down.. this time along with a goblin.
Mogg Shortfuse throws the bomb a second time.. which scatters as supposed to.. but it only downs Frelsh Aircheese. And now the dodgers fails another block.
Skirk The Prospector tries to dodge in front of the catchers, but fails and is Seriously Injured, and the first apoth don’t seem to be able to fix it.
The Dodgers still have a chance to score, but another ekspelling for fouling, gives Mogg Shortfuse a third chance to throw the bomb, this time from closer by.. he throws for the downed troll, a perfect pass, which knocks both catchers and the lineman down, but without harming the troll.
The troll Grok Wipeknocker stands up and knocks the remaining blitzer down, Frelsh Aircheese goes for the ball, and gets it. A foul by Jock Stinkyfeet only results in stunning the Dodgers Blitzer.
The Dodgers knocks down Frelsh Aircheese, and the ball bounces.. into the hands of Grok Wipeknocker. A few moments later, the troll handoffs the ball to Jock Stinkyfeet, who runs upfield and passes the ball further up without a player to catch it though.
The Dodgers manages to kill Mogg Shortfuse, the addicts headcoach decides to hold the apoth back for better use.. quote “Himz failsz .. 1 anz two.. of … many times.. weez needz a new bombgob anywayzz.. juzt az good anf half thar prize“.. The dodgers then fails to get the ball, and the addicts picks it up, and it is handed off to Squint-eye Skullcracks, who runs in for the 1-0 lead.. the first in a long time.. and that ends the First half.
2ND HALF
Kickoff by Dodgers, a light breeze of wind blows through the field, Looney Sparky Wheezzzzwiz almost suffers a kickback, but good teamtraining prevents it, and Müller-Meier goes down, the fanatic Insaniac Whiney, whirls between his intended targets, and hits two other players further downfield.. good enough we guess.
A short while later Sparky Wheezzzzwiz is knocked out, and the Dodgers headcoach troels nielsen himself makes the equalizer to 1-1.
Insaniac Whiney gets to be on the field for a few more turns due to a bribe of the Ref, but the Dodgers Kress von Kressenstein quickly scores and he is sent off anyways..
Things jus went downhill for the Addicts from here on.. another two casualties from failed dodges, and another kill by Ingolf vor kust.. He will get his head on a bounty note very soon.
Only 10k winnings for the addics, while 50k for dodgers, another match with negative winnings, when you count the new player and the obligatorical bounty set. All Addicts apoths were used. 1 goblin dead, and 3 will miss next game.
