Humiliation Crash and burn... The recent match against Deities of Doom was aweful, plain and simple. Coach Klyve still has A LOT to learn, obviously. His, more than dim, players still show no ability to hurt anything larger than a hafling, which soon will become apparent, as the match against Kyndes goblins are forthcomming. Please note that goblins are larger than haflings, and therefore immune to blocks from all players from MJ's Runnaz .
The highlight of the match was, when Gone Too Soon finally had a chance of scoring some much needed SPP, but got hit by a stone thrown from a raged fan, which in turn ment that Deities of Doom got yet another open TD chance...
As the match played out, more and more orcs got injured and/or scared, and in the end, there was nothing to do but admit defeat.
On their way to the local bar, some players from MJ's Runnaz was overheard saying things like "well played, Michael F", "stupid minotaur, we need an troll" and "that's excellent coffee"...
As soon as the money from the gate got delivered, MJ's Runnaz called old Unbreakable for some much needed reinforcements... |

Ups and downs Life as a wannabe-human can be hard... First game in the league saw MJ's Runnaz blitz themselves into a defeat versus the Warpstone Cowboys.
All in all a fair result, but some bad coaching from my part ment that at least a tie was turned to a defeat. Da boyz had the good old 2-1-grind down, but some sloppy play ment the Cowboys got a hold of the ball and scored for the win... A sound 2-1 defeat! Furthermore, no CAS was made, even though the orcs did their best and blocked all around...
In MJ's Runnaz second match things got a little better... FFFAATK was pretty messed up due to some serious beat down from Coach Kynde's goblins and the difference in TV ment that the Runnaz had an additional re-roll. A lot of bashing, cage'ing and walking later, the Runnaz came out on top with a 2-0 win, which in turn ment that (Blitz U) Off the Wall learned dodge, making him the Runnaz first blodger... |

Rookies MJ's Runnaz just got hooked on the fast paced world of Blood Bowl and their coach, Jesper Klyve is filled with courage and honor. Make no mistake, though, these guys are rookies and it is Coach Klyve's first season so don't expect too much...
Even though there is much to learn, TDs to score and players to KO, these guys mostly care about becomming humans... |
