Well, not many fans have shown up for this match which might decide which team will go on towards the finals, if the Renegades win they will go on, if they loose it is still unknown. The count is only 27.000 Reaper fans vs. 12.000 Renegade fans, though the Reapers had have recently released a short team anthem(Handicap +1FF), which have increased their fanscore a bit, the low amount of Renegade fans could be accounted the rumours that they have picked up some bad habits(Handicap -2RR), which along with missing 3 skinks from last match have brought up the need for two replacement freebooted skinks at position 9 and 10, and not having been training enough together , which could loose them the match and the season finals.
The weather is perfect, the Renegades begin with recieving the ball, but some of the sauri falls down in their own failed blocks. One of the freebooted skinks handoff the ball to Tiamat Twister, who were in a cage, he then dodge past a ghoul and a zombie and gets up next to the endzone, but the ghoul follows after him in a block which knocks both of them down, Tiamat Twister is unharmed, but the ghoul looks stunned. Several undead falls, but none are injured, Tiamat Twister stands up and gets the ball and scores the first touchdown of the match.
The teams set up again, but as Reapers recieve a touchback, the Renegade team blitz forward, but are unable to stop the ghouls from getting through and Smeagol Fishbone getting a tieing touchdown. Once more they set up, and the fans are cheering for the Reapers, but still the skinks run through, and Tiamat Twister scores again.
After the touchdown, yelling were heard from the Reapers dugout, it seems like PealClaw Gutter got a good kick in on Toddbringer, and that he could not be regenerated, something which seems to have failed for the Reapers in most of their matches, when PealClaw Gutter were asked what he had done to the wight to prevent him from being regenerated he ansvered... "I knoww noot, coulld bee the heead still on my clawwed fett"
2nd Half
Things have been going smoothly for now, the Reapers ghoul Meatgrinder have equalled to 2-2, due to a failed block from Dragon Breath in which he attacked a ghoul with the ball, but managed with a sneeze got a concussion when his head hit the ghouls fist, while one of their zombies Decom Pose wanted to copy the dodge moove of Old "Drool" Draken but when he tried, he simply fell apart, some of him turned into dust at the spot, once more nothing could be done by the necromancer headcoach.
The same cries have been heard from the Renegades dugout, it seems like on of the freebooted skinks have been sleeping (KO) from the midst of 1st half and the match out. Likebrains are now moving towards the Renegades endzone, he seems to be taking his time, while no renegades are close to get close to him since Kothoga "Beast" Slowitz fell on his way towards him, and the other freebooted skink failed to get away to catch him, so after a while he is free to score to 3-2. The Renegade set up to attempt a smart but difficult move to score in the last minutes of the match, but Slick Snakeeyes fumble the ball, and this is the end of the match.
The fans seems to have liked the match even though none of the teams did that much spectacular plays and more will follow them in the future. For the second time in this season, due to the low amount of paying fans the Renegades got no money from the match, almost had to pay to play. Both MVP´s went to two players who did not do much in the match, a zombie who survived to get beat up, and a saurus who knocked himself out for next game as well.
