An induced Eldril Sidewinder made way for the Bunny offence with a gaze attack. This was his only action of the game, as he was killed immediately thereafter. It was enough, however, for the Bunnies to take the lead, as the Dodgers were unable to put any real pressure on the ball-carrier.
The Dodgers then received the ball and was able to foul the important Bunny defenders to silence. The Bunny Wizard, however, had an ace up his sleeve, and the Dodger ball-carrier was knocked out cold. Billie Luder got hold of the ball and hurled it to Den Danske Model who ran for safety, stalled one turn and then extended the Bunny lead. 2-0.
A failed pickup the led to the Bunnies' putting the pressure on the ball, and the first half expired, as the Dodgers unsuccessfully tried to get hold of the ball.
The second half started with a Bunny blitz, and once again the pressure was on the ball. Despite the Dodgers' stretchering quite a few Bunny defenders off the field, rookie topperskatten wasted 3 times vainly trying to pickup and pass the ball. When he finally did succeed, and the touchdown was scored, only 3 turns remained for the Dodgers.
The Bunnies successfully managed to stall the rest of the match despite having onlyh 2 players left on the field for their final turn. 2-1 the final score.
