Heiko Steyr

Heiko Steyr was comitted to the Asylum after an attempt to assasinate the Duke of Reignsburgh who, according to Steyr was responsible for the murder of a cloud which had an unique resemblance of a cow. Had Steyr been using a real bomb instead of an anvil and had his landlady been the Duke his attempt might have succeded.
Steyr still bears a grudge against nobility and has sworn a bloody revenge.
