Pancho MacVilla was a Scottish revolutionary and coiner of the phrase “Hola cachimpuder! Tienes una cachimba grande muy peluda?” Born in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, young Pancho had always had a knack for banana-flavoured culture, so when chance presented itself, he up and joined some
godforsaken civil war in the rural outback of the vast overseas colonial empire of Scotland. He also once played
hide and seek with
a former team mate. Then he died. No one will miss him.
His great-great-grandson also died. So there is hardly any point in showcasing his exploits now. There were none anyway.
