The world-famous
Charles MacBeck became notorious for his bold actions in the
Battle of Lundby. He brilliantly wanted to prove to the world the superiority of breech-loading firearms from a concealed position. Gallantly ordering his superior force to conduct a bayonet attack on the enemy, he did not yield until two thirds of his force was most daringly incapacitated. “In your face! I was right”, he exclaimed, and military analysts who flocked to study the Battle of Lundby have unanimously agreed with him ever since. Needless to say, he was promptly promoted and bestowed
one of the highest orders in the kingdom. Indeed a befitting end to a
well-planned conflict with a glorious outcome.
MacBeck’s grand-grand-grand-grand-son does not show so much promise, however. I mean, how bright is it becoming a blood bowl player?
