Kim Ono is a top class Japanese manufacturer of bathrobes. In fact her collections have been so successful that a certain type of robes has been named after her model. She was so succesful that she was very much envied by her younger sister,
Yoko Ono, who tried to gain fame as an internationally recognized artist. To this end she failed miserably winning no acclaim whatsoever, and she quickly realized that she could only win fame through a celebrity marriage – a plan which she carried out. Enraged that her sister took the easy leap towards fame, Kim Ono plotted to remove Yoko’s husband – some bloke named John. Her plan was supported by her friend Thora Rulle and her friends in
Mossad, who were also angry with John, after he had made a song about some strawberry fields, in which he uses the words “Nothing is real” which were accidentally misunderstood as “Nothing Israel”, which again was seen as a cryptic threat of annihilation against the Jewish state. The plan was instigated on december 8th, 1980 via the hitman
Mark David Chapman. Pleased by Kim’s determination to carry through what she sets her mind on, Bunny team owner Sir Harvey Lickbottom decided that she was the right woman for the job.
In the PlayBall Troupe of Actors® she forms companionship with the Irish musician, philanthropist, and Nobel Peace Prize nominee Boner.
She entered the team before the 6th round match of season 16 and was retired after the quarterfinal of season 16. She played a total of 4 matches for the team.
Epilogue:
John and his music now enjoy great renown due to the circumstances surrounding his death. Today he is considered a legend. His final whereabouts are unknown as he was cremated and his ashes never released to the public. A monument has been erected in his honour, though, in the so-called Strawberry Fields area of Central Park, New York.
Yoko Ono has also become an internationally recognized artist. Not because she has a shred of artistic sense rather than the fact that she also benefits from John’s legendary status.
The Mossad agents Bunyamin and Schlomo are still active agents serving in the Mossad.
Mark David Chapman is serving a life sentence for the murder and is currently incarcerated in Attica Prison, New York. Although he has been eligible for parole since the year 2000, it is unlikely that the parole board will ever admit him into society again.
Kim Ono tried to make a name in blood bowl but failed, becoming only a short notice in the annals of the Bunnies before she was retired. She has now resumed her career in robing.
Thora Rulle recently died after having become perhaps the greatest Elven catcher to play in the world's greatest blood bowl league – The Aros League!
Boner still works as a PlayBall actor when he is not busy arranging Live 8 concerts, visiting the director of the World Bank, and making poverty history.
