Victory and mirth is followed by grief as we lost another catcher. Lenwë shall be missed, we can only hope that his son can fill out the space that was left. |

We now say goodbye to Daeros the Dancer and Oropher of Grennwood... they will be sorely missed, but we look beyond this and see that we are pretty sure to make it to the playoffs this year. With or without them. |

This is our season. Only perhaps even deadly doom should fail to stop us if we were to face them now. 3 wins in a row and a great number of casualties. We are gainning fans and skills while making a descent amount of cash. This is the way it was ment to be. Perhaps we shall this season... or perhaps we will be loose in the play-offs like last year. |

"It seems oh so much like last year" Haldir commented after the match agians Chaos49'er. "We are now number one in our group, and of course we shall strive to remain there".
This will not be an easy task this year as most of the teams the Lords might face are far stronger than those they faced last year. Lucl is needed.... and lost of it, but we have been blessed so far. Even though Haldir's old injury seems to be a bigger problem than first suspected. |

After their second match, the Lords admit that this is a season very much like last years. With a bad start, and then it becomes glorious indeed.
Last year we ended up having the best TD difference in the league, and if we keep going at this pace, that might also be the result this year Legolas Greenleaf said. Exhausted from a splendid performance.
Only Deadly Doom where victorious against us before overtime. This we hope to achieve again this year, but there are many though matches up ahead.
With the help of the valar we shall prevail. |

Like last season the Lords first match was agianst their nemesis." Deadly Doom. Perhaps the team in the league which we by now fear the most" commented Legolas after being badly hurt in the second half.
The match resulted in a 1-2 defeat just like last time. And also like last time, no real injuries where recieved by the lords. It does, however, sting the pride when all the elven moves by which we normally have so great success failed so miserably.
Furthermore Haldir, the player on which the pressure was highest to play well in this game, was out with an old wound.
Only thing possitive about the match is that at least we got to injure a ghoul. So in a small way revenge was exerted. |

Finally. The next season is about to start and the Lords are in better shape than ever before. As one of the fastest teams in the league, the Lords have high hopes. "Our goal is to make it to the semi-finals" Commented star thrower and team captain Beleg. The team has used the summer break to train, and has become much better at playing as a team.
Let Manwe speed your passes and the strength of Tulkas be in our blows. By the will of the Valar we shall prevail. |

Sorrow....... we did not make it any further than to the 1/8-final this year. It is a day of grief as it looked like a win for the lords through most of the match, but alas an illigal procedure and a 2 failed pick-ups by Oropher turned the match around and in their last trun of the overtime the Lizzard from silverado snakeskins got the final TD and thus won the match by a single TD after a streak of good luck.
We did wath we could, but it was not good enough Haldir commented after the match. Fortunately we recieved no injuries and have a good team for the next season, with both saeros and Beleg rising to become some of the greatest stars in the league.
If any match is ever worth loosing it would certainly be this match against Silverado snakeskins, it has been the greatest game we have ever been part of, and their coach has great skill. Though those lizzards may look foul, we shall name them our friends - and wish them luck in the final matches. Primarily though we are chearing for our kinsmen from Woodwatchers and hope that this year will be their year, and that a woodelf team shall rise to the challange and become this years champions. |

A celebration is in order, as now it is official that the lords have reached the play-offs. "By the grace of the valer, we have been victorious" Haldir yelled after by his outstanding efforts securing the win for the Lords.
The only thing that the lords dont celebrate is the financiel trouble they have had this year - not even being able to ad a single new player to the team. Furthermore, the great success of the lords have brought them a lot fewer extra fans than expected.
When asked about the troubles the head coach was interruprted before sayng anything. Elmo of Doriath sprang to his feet and said: "it is those evil rats. They have cursed us. I shall show them the wrath of the righteous, and they shall all know fear".... and with this we leave yu to make up your own mind. What will happen in the play-offs... only time will tell. |

The end of the league matches is aproaching and the lords are quite certain that a place in the play-offs is theirs, even after the dissapointing draw against Bloodfist Bowlers. Finally victoty is near at hand Beleg commented, I have waited for this for nigh-on an age. Any small victory is worth something when fighting the long defeat. After the game Legolas commented: " It seems that the valar only grants us what we need, no more no less. I predict that we shall come in tird in our group, and just barely make it to the playoffs. Let us hope that they then again will grant us the valour to win. By illuvater let it be so, let not the night last forever. Let not the foul creatures of utumno defile all. Let the winds of Manwë speed our passes, and the strength of Tulkas harden our blows. Like Oröme we shall hunt and like the hosts of the valar, we shall prevail eternal". |

Today we celebrate that a place in the play-offs is very near at hand. We mourn the loss of those who had to give their life for us to reach this far, but we press on... no longer ¨can mummies stand in our way and the future of all undead hangs in a thin tread - as the anger of quickbeam has been awoken. Starplayer Legolas Greenleaf commented: "My only regret is that it was not the filthy players of Deadly Doom, which had to take the punishment, but let them now know that we shall let them be next". It is with mixed feelings that the Lords coach, says: that he hopes that Deadly Doom will win their next match. It would be good for us to know that we have an almost certain place in the play-offs, he commented. The time for regaining our lost honour is not now, but it will come..... it will come. |

Another comfortable win for the Lords, and they are still in the lead of their group. Haldir commented: "the Valar truly helped in this match, where it not for their intervention, we would surely not have won the game." The luck ran out after the game it seems. When both Haldir and Beleg anounced that they where not feeling that well. "somebody must have poisoned our water" Elmo cried out. "I shall find these evil doers and let them feel my rightous wrath". Though it is not know who did this, suspision falls upon La garra de la muerte as Haldir during the game injured him seriously. The coach commented that if the cash flow would alow it then surely a bounty would have been placed. But alas we have not the coin for it. |

After the match against Blood Bowl Bunnies the Lords are in a comfertable position. With many players becomming better at playing blood bowl individually - the coach thought it was time for an the team to pratice their co-operation, and thus the lords have gone on training camp. The head coach commented, though some might think our cash better spent at buying new players, the team needs to be able to support each other better on the field. As things are now to many mistakes are made, and this will not be good enough in the games to come. Let us hope that the lords return as a better team when they come home from the training camp. |

The smell of victory is in the air, and the lords are back on track after their glorious victory against the foul orcs of Gruesome Grinders. With no less than 4 TD's against 0 the lords can be happy wuth a well played game. Especially the new wardancer pid1211 made his entrance, and it is hoped that he might fill the huge vacancy left by mablung. After the match he commented: "This was indeed a good match where all went as well as we might had hoped, but then agian. There are far worse opponents out there than Gruesome Grinders. Nonetheless we should be happy that we had such a good game, and be preparing for the next". It seems that the chances of the lords reaching the play-offs might be better this year, but they also had a good start last time around. Many things might yet go wrong. |

After their first match in season 12 the lords are worried. For the second time the lords have lost 1-2 to their dreaded arch enemies from deadly doom. Star player and reciever of the MVP Beleg commented: "Things might gave looked very differently had Mablung still been with us".... and so it might; but with 2 wardancers out for 3/4 of the game the lords could not do much except stand by and look as the wights of Deadly Doom laid waste the playing field.... indeed a cold wind is blowing this season, but light is more neatiful in the dark, and when the new outfits for the Lords are ready then indeed we might see them play some real ball, even without Mablung the lords may achieve a lot. |

At the end of season 11, the Lords look back upon a season of both success and failure. Mainly the last... "T'was not at good year but a good match" Beleg commented after last game against Woodwatchers.
With the win over Woodwatchers the Lords have just maneged to get in the mid-table. Star-player Mablung commented: "Alas we have lacked the luck, as well as experiene this season, but we will be back in the next, and no longer lack the experience. We must then trust in the Valar to bring us luck, the forces of darkness cannot prevail in the end". |

With Saeros the Minstrel dead, and Daeros the Dancer out of the game Maublung truly showed his great potential scoring 2 TD's and 1 Cas and for this he recieved an MVP reward. The lords may not make it to the play-offs this season but they are definately ready for the next, though rumour has it that they might wait untill season 13 to reaper in flying coulers. It has been said that they will recieve new team uniforms. Mablung is itching to play against some of the greatest teams in the history of Aros, so that his great potential may be fully shown. |

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodby to one of the most succesfull players in the leauge. Saeros the minstrel has died, whitout him there is only little hope for the lords this season. As the beautifull song of the mourning, song in deep forests of the world begin to fade we still remember. Morning shall come again as it was once said by Fingolfin in the battle of unnumbered tears. The grief is so much deeper as the death reminds us of the kinslaying of Aqualände so long ago before the world was changed.... but morning shall come again and cursed be all the kinslayers and all who wish to destroy that wich is the fairest of all. Destroy and shall our bodies, but remember forever the song. We mourn, but there is still hope - and hope is the most powerfull of things. |

Well look at that. Mablung seems to have become one of the most dangerous players in the season. This might very well be the break that the Lords need, to make it to the play-offs. |
