Match notes
The match between Gruesome Grinders and the Sindarin Lords, was by many considered to be a sure win for the Lords.
This was quickly shown to be a mistake, before the match started Fleischhacker had taken illegal drugs before the match to become stronger, and Haldir missed his third game this season due to his niggling. Futhermore treeman Quickbeam had taken root and was not available.

The game started with the lords kicking, and by brilliant coaching they gained yet another reroll. The kick landed within range of Stecher who quickly picked up the ball and passed it to Fleischer who took it into a cage in the center of the field. Thus the way of the match was set. The many next turns where spent with the orcs cageing and the elves breaking into the cage... just to see the orcs dodge or hand-off the ball to reform the cage a new place. In turn 2 Harkan Drakos hit Andir of Lorien and killed him. Luckily the Lords apot where standing by and Andir of Lorien was saved. The next turn Elmo of Doriath took revenge and fouled Fleischhacker. This killed him, but he was also saved by the apot. So only a few turns within the match, both apoths had been at work.
The orcs where blocking like that's all they ever did and the blodge of the elves was of very little use. So in their turn 6, the orcs had a brilliant opportunity to take the lead. Schlitzer only needed to block Lenwë of Ossirand and push him, but this wasn't enough for him so he killed Lenwë of Ossirand making the way clear for Fleischer to score the games first TD.

With only two turns left, and seven players vs. eleven, it seemed a great challenge for the elves to score, They quickly made it to the other teams half where Thraduiel was within holding the ball within range of a TD. This was good enough as blitzer Fleischer failed the 4+dodge to get the one-dice block on him. So the next round he could just run down the line and score the equalizing TD in turn 8.
1-1 At half-time.

The second half started with a blitz, and Fleischhacker realised that he could blitz Beleg Cathalion with just a dodge and 2 go-for-its. So he started running, almost failing the dodge and falling on his first go-for-it. So the blitz only opened a hole in the flank. The elves, however had other plans, and withdrew the largest part of their players to their own half. They fouled Fleischhacker again, this time he was only stunned though.
The next coupple of turns the elves tried to go through the hole in the flank of the orcs defenses, but they moved to slowly and where quickly tied up by the sideline because of a failed dodge by Eol on a 2+. The orcs couldn't take advantage of it though as Andir of Lorien remained standing after 4 blocks. So with a lucky block by Elmo of Doriath and a safe block by King Thinghol II, Andir of Lorien was freed and standing safely guarded by 5 elves 2 spaces from the end zone. Making it possible for him to hand of the ball to Elmo of Doriath the next turn thus assisting the TD for 2-1.

3 turns where left for the orcs to score, but they made their cage too far back. only leaving Fleischhacker within range of a TD after the first turn. Still Fleischer made a good pass to him, but due to the elves present i couldn't catch it and the ball scattered to Thraduiel, who dodged away the next turn and passed to Elmo of Doriath who scored the final TD for 3-1.

All in all a game where most things whent well for the orcs including a 5+ dodge by Balck Orc Fleischwolf and a lot of blocks on blodgers, it wasn't enough, however, as the elves always seemed to have a sidestepper who could reach the ball-carrier.
